• Shipping policy

    We offer free standard shipping for all orders above 150 USD. Shipping charges for all other orders will be calculated at the checkout.

     

    We ship from our production facility in Lithuania. Standard shipping takes about 1-3 weeks to deliver. The shipping time is only an indication and may vary depending on the season and other circumstances. If you are in a hurry we suggest choosing a faster shipping option.

     

    Please note that we don't ship to conflict areas. In addition we don't ship to areas where shipping services are not available. In case we cannot deliver to your location we will contact you and will issue a full refund.

  • Returns & Refunds

    We are confident you will like our meals. But if for some reason you don't, we will refund your first order under 60 USD no questions asked.

     

    All other refunds will be processed after receiving the returned unopened and undamaged meals within 30 days since the delivery to your address. Return shipping costs will have to be covered by you.
